I bought a couple of the small buildings Korber's had on sale but it seems that someone stole the roof, roof supports and vents from the Lewis and Sons Manufacturing Co. while I wasn't paying attention. After 2 days I give up looking. I have some Evergreen steel roof and some Plastruct corrugated but don't know how to cap them having only used them without a peak

I have used 1/4 inch angle along the top ridge, as the roof slopes made a 90 degree angle. If your angle is different, you could use two pieces of 1/4 inch strip stock and just glue them at the correct angle.

A couple of ideas:
First try contracting Korber for a replacement roof / roof supports. These guys are super at support.
Roof supports can be made from square styrene rods ( I use 1/4 inch). For the roof panels -
1. Cut a strip of the corrugated roofing and bend over the peak. It will be at 90 degrees to the roof panel but I have seen this on real structures or
2. Use two pieces of 60 or 80 mil sheet styrene to make a sub-roof then glue on a single panel of 15 / 20 mil sheet styrene. It will be flat but may look better with the building design then a steel or corrugated roof.
