I’m building a small 12 x 8 donut style layout with two mainlines using Ross track and turnouts. I’ve divided each mainline into 3 blocks, so 6 blocks in total.
I will wire each block to a terminal block as I intend to run DCS.
Here is my question. Can I use the DCS Remote Commander handheld remote control system that came with my son’s MTH RTR set to run a short freight train on one of the layout loops by plugging it into the terminal block?
I ran a similar size oval with one lock-on using realtrax without any issue. I would like to do the same on this layout, using only one loop, until I upgrade to a DCS handheld with TIU.
