I am constructing a diesel service facility ofr one of my customers. It is 48 inches long and 5-1/2 inches wide. It will consist of four storage tanks in a concrete dike area for diesel fuel and motor oil. A concrete service platform with a corrugated office/material shed will rest on the platform along with a couple of small stationary cranes. There will be two sand towers.

Here's a photo of a Seaboard sanding tower I found and would like to make one of these days:

I don't have as much room on my layout to put a facility like you have there Alan, so using rolling stock the commodity (oil, sand, coal, diesel fuel) came in, with pumps and piping on a siding, may be all I can get to fit.
