Downloading Sound Files from MTH Website

Hello!

So I went to MTH's website to download some sound files, one for a PS3 engine and another for an older PS2 engine.  I have done this multiple times before with no issues what so ever, but this morning I pulled up a PS2 file for a Texas Special F3 and tried to download it but instead it opened up a link to a new page and just showed me hieroglyphics.  When I tried to download the PS3 file for a Southern E3, it worked as normal and downloaded to my computer.  I'm using Chrome but tried it on Internet Explorer (which I despise) and the same thing occurred.  Any ideas?

probably because your using windows 10! a way around that is to save as to a target by right clicking on the mouse and then save as to where you want the download to go, then you wont get the hieroglyphics. actually they look like triangle on there side a full page of them.

ok try what I said and it will work just fine!

ps I can send it to here if you give me the engine item number for mth web sight

Is there a posibility or a technique (the ADPCM for exemple) to extract the F4PFA segment(s) from the 20-20679-1 or 2 sound file (they are VIA F40PH PS3 engines) and use it to replace the current F4PFA sound segment of my 20-2604-1, a VIA F40PH PS2 engine?

On that matter, I have some questions:

1-Where can I download the Mark DiVecchio ADPCM program?

2-Where can i find the voltage of a locomotive board?

3-Where can I find the amount of electronic space (in megs) on its board to accomodate a sound file?

4-Where can I find (short of downloading it) the electronic volume (in megs)of its sound file?

Is there a single reference to answer all these questions (Barry's 0 gauge companion for exemple)?
