When I turn switch power on to my newly installed DZ2500 the red light comes on to the switch and controller. The switch is in the straight position. If I push the button on top of the switch the switch continues to try and push in the straight position then the red light on top of the switch and both red and green lights on the controller flash. When I turn the power off and repeat this same sequence using the push button on the controller I get the same result. I only plan on using these with the push button controllers . I bought the DZ2500 due to their low profile. How do I resolve this?

Both lights flashing, the switch machine is in program mode.
I do I get it out of program mode and reset it back into conventional mode?
I have tried holding the button on the switch and the controller and the lights continue to flash until I shut off switch power..
Fixed it.
Dennis Zander from Z Stuff instructed me to loosen the screws that secures the switch machine to the switch. This allowed the switch to change directions.
Thanks
I had a Ross switch machine that would only throw part way. I had the curve spring on it and all. It turned out to be I had the motor housing screw fasten too tight.
I guess when we over tighten the plastic housing compress the little motor assembly in side and that held it back.
Small world!
