EPS Fire Hall 8 - Instruction needed

I have printed all of the parts ffor the Fire Hall but have run into a problem.

Are there any assembly instructions or plan drawing of the firehouse?

Where do the stairs (Part 2) go. Inside or outside of the building, Just where?

Parts K & L seem to be identical but where do they go ? Aare they roof parts of floors.

All of the parts have printed up beautifully and putting up walls is not hard to figure out, but: these other parts are a bit mysterious to me.

Did DYLTRAINS give any instructions? If so, how can I  get them.
