Rick,

WIU/TIU not finding what ever track is connected to Fixed Voltage 2.

So we've pretty much ruled out the tracks themselves. If it wasn't for the fact that both loops work with the DCS Remote, I'd believe that the problem is in Fixed Channel #2.

the software upgrade of the WIU I am going to do that this afternoon.

That's good and will allow us to rule the WIU's software level in or out as a culprit.

I also have a friend that is bringing another TIU over and we will try that one also.

That should rule the TIU in or out. If it is the TIU, since the DCS Remote is solid using both channels, it could possibly be an issue with the TIU's serial port.

If your friend's TIU is a Rev. L, connect it using the USB cable that came with your WIU.

Barry: We updated (PennsyDave) updated the WIU and cleared everything from my iPhone and iPad and started from scratch and got everything working. We cleared the phone and iPad because it was intermittent either losing the WiFi Signal or not letting me move the locomotives to active. Resetting everything cured that issue also made sure the App version was the most current version. I WANT TO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND GUIDANCE THRU ENTIRE HEADACHE. Also like to Thank all those how commented with suggestions but most PennsyDave who came over and spent several hours going thru everything and insuring all was properly installed. Just for the record when he first connected to my WIU he had the same error issues I had. In summary I think the WIU software upgrade was the major snafu in the whole event. Again THANK YOU so VERY MUCH.
