Very nice,  I just got a 197 Radar tower as a gift! It's a neat piece.  Here's a shot of mine. I wish I had your skills! Keep us posted as it goes.

Very nice Alex, and done in plastic, too. Wow! First wood and now plastic. What's next on your agenda of materials to conquer in the world of o scale model making? Perhaps creating resin molds or possibly fabricating tinplate structures? Whatever medium you decide to tackle next, I'm certain you'll master that too when you take on that challenge.

Looks great, can't wait to place it on the layout. It's going to look better then I ever thought. Wish I had your talent.

Very nice like the slower motion of the radar screen versus Lionel's faster speed version.

Alan it's made with all Plastruct material, except for the radar itself, that's made with thin brass. The size of the structure is 15 high by 5 wide by 4 deep.

Hi Laidoffsick thank you for the very nice words, believe it or not I'm only able to work at the bench for 3 to 4 hours due to bad nerve damage in my back and right leg. But I get a lot done in that time. I love doing this type of work, I was a finish carpenter for many many year's.I would be delighted to build something for your beautiful layout
