When I had my temporary layout up, it was pretty much every day, even if just for 10 minutes. If nothing else the noise helped me wind down from a long day at work.
Everything is disassembled now, awaiting Mianne benchwork that should be here tomorrow. It feels odd not to piddle with them, but after tomorrow work begins in earnest, and I should have the first level powered and running by the week's end.
Maybe
Sometimes more than once a day, and sometimes once in two weeks. All depending on work and family activities and other interests.
It varies from season to season. Autumn and winter are peak running periods at which time I usually run them about 5 to 7 times per week. Spring time Usually about 3 to 5 times a week while during the summer probably about 1 to 3 ties weekly. All that being said, I'm usually at least doing something on my layouts practically every day.
I've been running trains 2 or 3 times a week this summer, until about a week ago. Now a 1000 miles away at the in-laws for a few weeks.
Man, I miss my trains! LOL
At least 3 times a week for 15 minutes or more each time.
More if we have visiting children as they all love the trains.
Really need to get the New Layout running, Carpet central loop is getting boring to me.
Well, I try to run a couple of times a week, but usually during the summer, I'm out fishing. This year, in April, I was diagnosed with a rare tumor in my sinus, had surgery, and ran trains during recuperation. Now, I'm on a daily radiation schedule, to get the last of it, so I'm mixing short fishing trips with runs to take my mind off of things. It's so relaxing to just sit back and watch the trains run, the lights on the accessories, and my scenery. Hey, these things are therapeutic! Prognosis is good, so by August, I should be fishing a little more!

I ran the trains yesterday for the first time since april. About one hour run time. Couple of friends heard about the display and wanted to see em. (Thats all I need to run trains, someone to stop over and ask for a showing).
