Hi, I just got a new old stock 20-20410-1, SD40-2, PS3 engine off eBay. I put the engine on my TIU with wifi track and it starts up on it's own and when I try to add new engine, can't be found. I also put the engine on a different layup with a MTH explorer hooked to it. Same results, engine starts up on its own and when I try to add a new engine can't be found. Thirdly I put the engine on a track with just an old MTH brick and Zcontroller hooked to it and the engine runs fine in conventional mode with it.
Question: How do I get this engine off of conventional mode and able to be picked up by DCS?? I've already done factory re-set twice when in conventional mode (horn followed by 5 bells the engine doudle blast it's horn)
