I recently up graded my iPhone 7 to a 13. Every thing on my DCS layout worked fine before. Now when I try to run with the new phone and hit the refresh symbol all I get is "No WIU/TIUs Found" I have the phone connected to the DCS wifi.
My iPad 6th generation still works every thing fine.

Steve, the app is still compatible with all versions of IOS. I am using beta 15.5.4 on an iPhone 12 Pro and it is still working.
In my limited experimenting with my own setup, it seems that the app only searches once for the TIU. If something changes, it doesn't recognize the new, or reconfigured, TIU. The only successful way I solved the problem was to delete the app and start over. Download the app but switch to the MTH WiFi before completing the app setup. If you do not, the app will not see your TIU and you may return to square one.

After many many tries I finally got my iPhone 13 to control the layout. I had to use both the iPhone and the iPad to get things to load.
