So I'm trying to test out one of my new diesels I got from York last year, and I'm having some trouble with it. Originally when I first started it up, it was in neutral like it should be, but then it wouldn't go forward when cutting power to the track. It did this a few times, so I put it on Program real quick, and when I gave it power, instead it moved forward, rather than starting in neutral. It still did this even when I switched back to Run mode. Also it seems like the sounds are a little gargly for a second when it starts up. I have no command control of any sort, and I am trying to run this on Ross/Gargraves track, powered by a Z-4000. This locomotive has TMCC, and was made in 2001. Is there a way to reset the locomotive without needing the base, or do I even need to reset anything at all?
