Here is one of my project engraving bricks patter on MDF.

the good thing is the engraving is deep so make the mortar using spackling paste is easy and look real.

this particular building was painted only.

The great idea here is that, easily, any building, can be reproduce in its 80%

stay tuned!!

Peerless room is almost done.

but i didn't make it exactly because I don't like to copy. Most of my works are based.

so the big difference is the top. Pete was waiting for the corbeling, but there is not corbeling in this model. But the brick and spackling paste did a nice job.

Nice!  Have you tried tile grout - I've used it in the past when I built a chimney from individual bricks,

I can try!

but the spackling paste is coming ready to use and is easy to mix with any acrylic color.

Tile grout also comes RTU in small tubs and various colors, too.  I had some in the shop.....
