LC+ Mikado has gone silent again

During remote operations, my LC+ Mikado, 6-82962, lost all sound. The speaker will work with "other audio." This also happened last summer. I mailed the engine and tender to an OGR advertiser. It came back working. The nature of the repair was not disclosed and no parts were used. So, it quit again. Is this a common failure? Is there a reset button?

It is a little quiet around here.
