I have a legacy dash 9  (6-39575) that is putting my z-4000 into overload. Engine is on the track already , turn the transformer on and increase the voltage to 18v.   Max. voltage I get is 13v and showing 6.9amps and overload light is flashing.  I didn't even turn the 990 on yet. Turned the controller on to see what would happen,11v  6amps,any more and the overload would flash. eng.  runs  (it seems a little sluggish, maybe it's just me) ,I have all the bells and whistles ,crew talk. Shut the eng. and z4000 down and remove eng. from the track. Power up  the z-4000 and will go to 21v.max.  I tried 2 other Legacy engs.and can get full 21v with .2amps . This Dash 9 was running fine on Sunday. Any ideas where to start ?

Thanks,Fuzzie

P.S.  I have no flashing cab lights
