Has worked fine for a long time.
However, now it will work for about 10 minutes at the start of a session, and then quit.
The Z4000 meter indicates a short.
No way to get it working the rest of the day.
If it sits overnight, it will work for about 10 minutes the next day, and then quit.
When I unhook the incoming power wires and connect them to the track, everything runs.
Therefore, problem appears to be in the PowerMaster.
Any suggestions?

I may have a problem with my 360 watt PowerMaster to, I hope lots of experienced folks chime in. I am always resetting mine, thinking there’s a derailment, but this thread is making me think there could be an issue with the powerMaster. Good question. Happy Railroading Everyone
How about a close visual inspection of the circuit board and the transformer connections. Something is shorting out when it gets hot. There could be a solder blob or a whisker from a strand of wire touching something.
