Lionel 135W and 180W power bricks?

They should be fine.  They are all on their discrete channels.  The only possible issue would be if there was a phasing issue with on of the bricks.

The 180 brick has a superior breaker.

I prefer the 180W bricks as they have an electronically controlled breaker and are much better protection than the simple thermal breaker of the 135W bricks.
