My first Lionel set when I was a kid was the 1542 with the 520 box cab electric with 3 freight cars. A while back I picked up a set in a very fine set box and the engine and cars are very nice.  I would like to know how the component pieces were factory packaged in the set box. I know the pieces did not have individual boxes, If someone has a set with all of the proper cardboard spacers, etc., can you please post some images. The box is rather deep so there was likely two layers of components with a cardboard spacer between layers??? I realize this is not an expensive set but it is a big deal to me.......Any help from the friends and fans of the 520 would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Just found this set of pics on an auction website that shows one guess as to how it may have been packaged. I say "guess" because the 1015 transformer and the uncoupler track and control are not pictured, and those "reproduction" boxes look like they fill up the whole outer box.
