Perhaps someone can give me advice! 4 Lionel switches have arrived today and, as per usual, 2 of them dont respond to the programming procedure. I do it exactly as the book says press the button and............nothing, no flashing light just a steady light. The other two work fine. They are more or less in the same place on the layout, track voltage is good etc. Legacy control unit showing 4 bars.
I suppose out of around 25 switches half of them have this problem which I have overcome by wiring them to an ASC2 unit.
Am I missing something or is it faulty manufacturing.
I could send them back but thats one of the big factors of doing Lionel in the UK: the cost of shipping back and forth across the pond!
Any ideas/advice gratefully appreciated!!
