5/4/18 update-Price reduced to $450 which includes shipping to Continental US and insurance east of Mississippi River. Up for sale is my TMCC equipped Santa Fe F3 AA set from 2004 (6-24529), road number 18. The locomotives were featured in Lionel 2004 volume 1 catalog at page 64. I will only accept a check (engines will be shipped once the check clears) or a money order. No trades unless you have a black Vision Line Hudson you want to part with (ha!).
The set has two locomotives, one powered (6-24530) with two can motors and one unpowered locomotive unit (6-24531). Both have working headlights, separate blinking mars lights, and two working smoke units. The video below, shot a few weeks ago, will show you the headlights, blinking mars lights, and smoke units work. The horn and bell have been checked and work as they should.
The set also features Odyssey cruise control, Railsounds 4.0 with Towercom and Crewtalk, electrocouplers, lighted number boards and green lighted marker lights. Both units are conservatively judged by me to be in very good to excellent condition. Again, see the video below. The set also comes with the instruction booklet, an extra set of traction tires, and the American flags for both locomotives which mount on the top of the front of each unit (which have never been taken out of their packaging). The set box, and the separate box for each locomotive are also in very good or better condition. I also have the shipping box the set came in, but only judge it to be in below average to fair condition, but hey, its a shipping box.
The only reason I am selling the locomotives is that I pre-ordered the Legacy Santa Fe F3 set featured in the Lionel Volume 2 catalog on pages 28-29 along with the super bass unit B unit.
