Model Railroad Patch Board specifically designed for use with two MTH model 50-1004 Accessory Interface

 

Here is a model railroad Patch Board specifically designed for use with two MTH model 50-1004 Accessory Interface Units and the MTH 50-1001 DCS system. This patch board provides for easy connections for up to 40 control circuits per board. The Patch Board features convenient screw terminal blocks which provide for a total of 120 individual wiring connections. All terminal blocks are color coded and numbered.  The wires to the terminal blocks are prewired from each AIU and are also color coded.

That's a most impressive assembly. 

Just for fun and Contrast here are my 3 AIUs with "spaghetti" in and out so my turnouts can be tripped from a traditional control panel with Z-Stuff switches or remotely through the AIUs.  Accessories are will be wired later.

 

My AIUs are hidden under the table behind the skirt and are easily moved for adding wires.  The AIU contacts easily hold 2 20-22 gauge wires for in and out.
