I have several Pacemaker Boxcars from the following series: 8561, 8569, 5896, and 8728. I need to open them up as they have some parts loose inside. Thanks in advance for any help.

Might wanna ask Bill Serratelli at Atlas. He could probably give you instructions.
I’m not familiar with these particular cars. If they are Atlas. On some. You have to remove the trucks. Remove 4 small screws that hold the chassis to the floor. They are located on either side of the truck mount. Remove the chassis and you should see 4 holes now exposed that have the screws that hold the car body on. The screws are buried down in there. You won’t see them.
