I read Rusty's 2019 review but that thread is blocked for further comments.  While it was very informative,  especially with the shell removed, I need some more info.   I have a new LV Baldwin with a front headlight inop.  It may need a new LED bulb.  Which screws must be removed for the shell to come off?  I'd hate to have something come loose unnecessarily.  Thanks for any help.  Art

Rayin"S",  thanks for asking.  Yes I did and I should've made a tutorial!  As it turned out, the LED lights are so tiny and hardwired that I decided to return it to Lionel under warranty.  As Rusty noted the front two screws have a clever metal collar (looks like a small cylinder) around the plastic posts that receive those screws.  This prevents the posts from splitting from screw installation.  They are painted and mine were completed stuck in place, preventing removal of the front part of the shell.  There are only 4 screws that must be removed, and that part was straightforward.  Just the metal collars up front were a problem.  I was eventually able to pry them up enough to pull them from their posts.  Artemus
