Picked up my Lionel Legacy 765 last nite and was able to shoot some video recreating the consist from the Norfolk Southern Steam Program.  Need to locate a set of the NS DAP cars and come up with a proper FWRHS tool car and complete the set.

Watch in HD and turn up the volume !

Had another operating session and this time a friend came over with his MTH DAP Norfolk Southern passenger cars and his MTH N&W J.  Below are two more videos from that.

"NPR" is National Public Radio. The Nickel Plate Road is abbreviated "NKP."

The diesels were mu'd with the 765 whenever we needed to stretch the coal mileage.

As for the use of the word "lashup" here and elsewhere on this forum, I have given up on that crusade. It's just not worth the hassle. If you want to sound like an ignorant foamer by using the word lashup, knock yourself out.

Perhaps a "Glossary of Railroad Terminology" as a sticky is needed.
