i have two pairs of Ross switches for two crossovers. I want to wire for non derail. Question is if I wire them so that both switch with one controller will the derail still work. If so will both switch when only one switch on either loop derail is activated.if only one switches they will be out of sync. Should I wire them each controlled by the own controller for simplicity

thanks Tstark

It may depend on which switch motor.  With the DZ1000, and and only 1 controller, they will both switch together with the anti-derail.  I am not sure if there is a way to wire the DZ2500 to work differently.

The other problem with the DZ1000 switch motor is the leds rely on the controller to keep them lit.  I am not sure if 1 controller will keep the leds on 2 motors lit.

Wired properly as pairs for cross-overs they should work well.  This set up has two sets of DZ 1002 push buttons and is also controlled with a Lionel SC-2 controller.  Click on the video.  (4) sets of cross-overs, (3) additional switches. (12)  DZ 1002 push buttons.
