I recently purchased a Lionel 6-84231 WiFi Camera Caboose.  With a little struggling connecting it to my Smart Phone & a LOT of struggling connecting it to my Computer, I have a simple Question !  The Manual says the "Resolution" is selectable for 1080P / 720P / 480P.  I cant find a way to achieve this ! It looks like the Default is set at 1080P.  Does anyone have the ANSWER?

I am very Happy with the Picture, without removing the "WINDOW"! I know there has been a couple of "POSTS" regarding this!

Please reply!!

In this day and age of HD video, why would you NOT choose the 1080 setting? That’s full HD. 720P is “pseudo” HD and 480 is old-fashioned standard definition video which you should never use.

Rich & BNSF-MATT,

Thanks both of you!

1st :  I had no idea where to find the settings

2nd :  I had no idea of the cross reference of HD to the 2080 Setting, 480 to Standard, & so forth !!! There is NO cross reference in the Manual!

Thanks again, both of you!! I knew someone on the Forum had the answers!

ANOTHER QUESTION :  I'm all EYES and EARS !!

If I am in Computer Mode ( Watching Camera Action on my Computer Screen), the Resolution up in the right corner says 1280 X 720  !    Can I change it in "Computer Mode" someplace  or do I have to go back to my Smart Phone ??? When I do change it with my Smart Phone, It still reads the same on my Computer Screen (1280 X 720) !!

Any answers ????

PS:   Lionel / Dave or Ryan have any answer ????
