I still have my 671 my dad got me back in the 50s. It was, essentially, the only engine I had until about 18 months ago. It's seen some wear, so I would like to strip it down and repaint it. I'm not going for an exact reproduction, but I would like to be close. The only problem I foresee is putting the '671' numbers on the cab. They look painted, but I'm not sure. I am sure that whatever is there is the original.
So, should I put waterslide decals on it for the number, or should I get some type of stencil and paint them on? I'm hoping for the former.
