Has anyone attempted to replace the LEDs used for the headlights in the LionKing PRR T1? Mine have a definite greenish tint and after several years of overlooking this issue, it's about time I did something about it. Several years ago I tinted the headlights with Tamyia transparent orange paint and that helped, but quite frankly now I see orange headlights with a greenish tint. Other than the headlight color, it's a pretty nice engine. I took the casting off to see how the headlight LEDs were oriented, and discovered two small LEDs for the number boards. Too bad they were sitting loose and not attached to the casting via the flimsy black tape. I've fixed that problem, now I've got to deal with the green headlights. Does anyone know what replacement LED would give a prototypical warm white glow?
