I have a right hand O42 ross custom switch that has an issue when a engine or a car pass through the curved portion. Everytime something goes through the curve it overloads my power and sparks, I've been trying to figure this out for a long time but I can't seem to find the problem. It works fine through the straight portion of the switch so I think the problem would be in the curved section somewhere. If anybody know a way to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

A wheel is probably touching the center rail when the switch is set for the diverging route,

Leave the power off and push a car though the switch, Maybe you can find the spot where this happens, Putting a small  piece of electrical  tape at that location might help. Some have used clear nail polish...  There is another thread  someplace with this exact problem (with in the last week or so)
