"Now ain't that the truth", in the voice of the lion in the Wizard of Oz. I stated that a few years ago somewhere on here.  When a few seem to rarely have positive comments then there's Mark. Many a day he put a smile on my face and it wasn't always a positive comment directed at my projects. We have heard it time and time again, there are good people in this world...we all know who one of them is.

Dave

Mark has been a regular follower of our club’s rebuilding progress hosted by OGR under the announcements section. He has been quiet for some months due to the fact we are temporarily closed with no answer as to a reopening date.
Mark had the good fortunes to meet up with me at York and I gave him the quick tutorial of where, what, why and how to do at York.
A genuine nice guy who shares our hobby. Always there to post a nice comment on our club’s progress when that was happening.

I couldn't agree more. Having met Mark for both of our first York's back in October 2017 at Peter's (Putnam Division) breakfast, we chatted briefly before the opening. If there's one thing I can do is talk until people get dang tired of me talking. Well, that didn't happen with Mark and a few others that morning.

Mark is definitely a very great voice here on the forum as well. I've never seen him express anything other than fascination, enthusiasm, great manners, and just dang good interest in everything that he comments on. I know that when there is a post that I have seen but not commented on yet, Make has already popped on there(or will be shortly) expressing a job well done. Sometimes it takes me a bit of reading to catch up because of my work schedule and nighttime schedule, but I thoroughly enjoy reading Mark's replies as it brings a smile to my face.

I was going to head to bed before reading what was going on here(having slept through the football game tonight, oops), and decided to see who was talking about Mark. One reason to delay going to bed. Bravo Mark, have a good night, keep on Railroading and being the nice guy you are, God bless.
