The box my dad's postwar set came in. The track that came with it is being used for my Micro Lionel Layout till I can swap it out for new track.

Hello guys and gals..........

I remember the box like that when I had the 2383 freight set #12730 or 12720 in May 1968 same day my father bought a brand new 1968 Plymouth fury in Long Beach, CA then he took us to KING's for dinner with my mum. I have good memory.

Hi Khayden

Judging by the box, it looks like your father's 637 set is from the 1962-63 time period. Hang on to the box, it adds to the history & value of the train.

BTW- I also have a 6059 Red caboose for a 2037 set that I put together. The 2037 is a repaint, but I like it. Take care.
