If anyone else has used their switch controls, I’d like input on adjusting everything.  I have adjusted the metal spring lever by moving the arm on the servo as per the directions to get maximum travel but I’m finding it still does not move my Ross switches far enough to close on both sides.

I love the system as it is plug and play and has great led indicators that you can easily mount to your fascia board.  I’m committed to making it work!

I looked at the photo of the machine.  Two possibilities.  Put a spacer(s) in to lower the whole unit to increase throw.  Is it possible to flip the servo around in its mount?  That would increase the throw by lowering the fulcrum point although you might have to elongate the slot the top.

Thank you!  You got me thinking.  I believe I can extend the servo arm by drilling new holes in the adjustment apparatus.

Update.

I have installed four of the switch motors.  The problem I was having getting enough throw was peculiar two one switch.  It just happened to be the first one I did. Every other one works without modification. The good news is you can get more throw if needed by lengthening the servo arm.

The system works well so far.  It’s plug and play so no soldering   The activation buttons look good and are easy to mount.

I am pleased so far.AFE96974-C497-4BA8-A1A6-A6EF7AE417ACA73DFD5A-E343-422D-8CFE-369E662F929A
