What is the Difference Between a Lionel "Superbass" AC6000 and a Regular Dummy?

OK, now what is a "song system"?

I'm guessing his Auto-Correct changed "sound" system to "song" system.

The parts list and photos of the UP 7055 do not show a speaker or sound board.

 

 

I guess I typed a little too fast.   Now does anybody personally have the 7055?

The UP AC6000 non powered should have an operating smoke unit, cab light,electro couplers....one the engine starts moving the cab light will go off.  The superbass has the sound system but is still non powered.

It's all about the bass!

The super bass unit was only produced in the CSX road name. I don't think the UP version was made. It is equipped with a smoke unit and electrocouplers. The sounds enhance the lower end rumble and adds much more depth to the entire effect. The sound system is also equipped with a unique horn and bell that can be used in the lash up when you use the change horn feature with legacy when building the lash up.

This particular car, if used in a lash up, will Tremendously Enhance The Sounds of your Consist. It's simply Awesome.... I just happen to have an Extra CSX AC 6000 Super Bass Dummy Engine,for sale if needed...My email, (llevin64@yahoo.com) Thanks for this thread. Happy Railroading

Exactly.  When running it actually looks like a powered unit.

There have been several request for my extra CSX AC6000 Super Bass Dummy Fully Featured Engine, Its Available if some one wants to add this to their Powered Units. NEWs, My Super Bass AC6000 CSX Legacy unit is Sold. This is a really neat unit to add to your large Diesel Lash Ups. This is a great thread and I hope others will find these neat units and listen to the Diesels ROAR! Its all for Fun, and Fun for ALL.
