What Would Happen If.....?

Hello everyone!  I was wondering, what would happen if you plugged in a Williams True-Blast Plus sound board into an ERRC Cruise Commander Board.  If you would plug the leading wires from the Williams board into the imput for the Railsounds Commander board that attaches to the Cruise Commander.  I probably already no the answer, but just was curious.

Nothing would happen, including no sound.

 

The TB board connects directly to track power and recognizes the DC offset voltages imparted on the track voltage by the whistle and bell buttons to actuate it's sound functions.  The Cruise Commander sound output is a serial data logic signal that transmits the received whistle & bell commands to the RailSounds board.
