Interesting. It was reported on RYPN two days ago (Sept. 5), that contractors had not been paid for two months, and two had left the job. The poster indicated that all work had stopped. Too bad, if that is true.

Also interesting is that they just posted photos on Facebook of their diesel being repainted into the White/Red Western Maryland scheme....they are sinking lots of money into painting the operating fleet but nearly every week, or so it seems, we hear how they have run out of money and the 1309 is "sinking them".
Time for a financial audit..........
I was all "fired up" (no pun intended) to take a ride this fall after York. But looks like it will have to wait until April.
