Hi O C Patrick, I have 6 Overton cars ,MTH Railking the bodies have been nicely painted a brown/ rust color with black roofs, then dullcoat was applied. I'll post some pics if you are interested. I have the window inserts. All cars roll freely and the lights work. used lightly great for a custom roadname. All 6 cars $120.00 plus shipping. thanks, Clifford.

I have four lightly used of the Western & Atlantic with seated figures in all cars.
This is set 30-6404 from 1998 for the Texas.
Some of the couplers are wired closed.
$80 for the set plus shipping.

Can the couplers be unwired to be functional again?
I just looked at them and there are only two.
i have a had similar problem on some MTH freight cars from the same time period.
The plate with the pin in it on the bottom side of the coupler hangs down slightly such that the coupler will open suddenly under load.
I don't know if it can be repaired. I just run my trains without uncoupling the cars.
