I have a Z 4000 that I bought second hand, that has no variable power on either side. There is no display either. I did attach a lamp holder with a bulb to both track outputs. Nothing. There is power output at both 10 and 14 volt accesory posts. When you turn on the power switch, you can hear what I think is a cooling fan running. I.t looks like brand new. Serial # 039811520 I'm in the Wellsboro PA area - anybody out this way able to repair these? Thanks!
