There simply are no excuses for a company failing to communicate with their loyal customers.  A company has to set expectations and then beat them.  There clearly is a passion and a following for Atlas O products as evidenced by the posters on this thread.  I certainly do not want to see Atlas O products discontinued.  Someone has to answer for the outrage that is growing on this thread and in Atlas's customer base.  I cannot blame anyone for their frustration with Atlas and their mishandling of their O scale business.  I, like the majority on here that like their products, hope they sort this out soon.

If Ann Coulter doesn't speak at UC Berkeley, for Atlas's sake, I sure hope none of the anarchists are train buffs and show up at the Atlas booth at York.  Then again, maybe G. Soros will pay the unemployed anarchists to finish some of the Atlas orders that are in arrears.  That sure would make a lot of people happy.

I waited and waited for them to announce a Seaboard Air Line F3, never happened so I got a MKT painted one off Ebay a while back for $190!!! (right place, right time I guess) that didn't run (found a shorted wire in the truck, works fine now) and repainted it for SAL.

Shortly after the purchase Atlas announced a SAL F3, next thing they cancelled it due to lack of interest.

Only thing I've pre-ordered the past several years has been the GGD SAL Silver Meteor.  Hopefully that'll be in the works soon, if not I've got nothing but time and energy expended in it as Scott doesn't require up front.
