Finally got around to making some more upgrades to our Hogwarts Express. I had installed a Sound Commander 2 a few years ago, and just added a cruise commander lite. Other electrical upgrades include front and rear LEDs and a tether for better continuity. On the cosmetic side, I added a real coal load (huge improvement), painted some of the backhead for additional detail, neolubed the drive rods (also, huge improvement), and added an appropriately wizardly engineer.

If you're interested in getting the same wizard or similar, HeroClix tend to be a good source of figures. They are very nearly O-scale, are generally inexpensive, and are available on the auction site. Easy peasy to pry them off the bases they come with.

YIKES! 
I went looking for them, and I found all sorts of stuff, but nothing like that. I guess I don't know how to zero in on specific types of figures, I didn't find anything.
