Hi GUYZ,

I have two of these animated cabooses, that the animated conductor guy with lantern has burnt out. This is what he looks like,

These are not available at Lionel for replacement. I had to take it apart with an exacto knife and inside is two wires that lead up to either a grain of wheat or a grain of rice bulb? The size is about 3/16 of an inch long. What is the proper name for this bulb? What voltage do I need for this? Can it be replaced with a LED? Anything else to know about these guys? Thank you for your time .

I know nothing of the caboose, but if you can get an LED in there, do it.
