Do the Canadian Pacific steam engines have sanding abilities? If so, where do they store the sand as there does not appear to be a sand dome?

Both types had sand domes. though they were smaller than domes on American locomotives. The Selkirks were constructed for service through that mountain range in western Canada. Their sand domes hugged their boilers. They are hard to see from track level.
Yes, both locomotives had sanding facilities, but not "domes". The storage container wrapped around the boiler, were "flattish", hidden under the boiler jacket, and were accesed for sand loading from the top of the boiler. In the drawing, the sand container was above the second set of drivers after the cylinders.
