From Trains Magazine "Milwaukee Road 261 is live again! MINNEAPOLIS - At 6:41 a.m. today a fire was lit in the boiler of Milwaukee Road No. 261 for the first time since 2008. The purpose of today's fire up was to conduct static testing of various systems on the locomotive and a check for any possible leaks. There are no plans for 261 to pull excursions in 2012."
