464 sawmill continued operating problems

Hello again. Thanks for all the input and have tried all the suggestions. Once again I have taken the roof off and find the “belt “ is barely turning, which of course won’t allow the logs to convey or the boards to exit. It feels like this is a motor problem but would be open to suggestions to replace or repair.

Bill how about a video? Have you taken the belt off and can you observe any change in the motor speed? What is the condition of the belt, stiff or flexible to allow movement?
