I'm not really a Marx collector but have accumulated several cars over the years. I have never done anything with the ones with fork couplers except have them in storage boxes until now. After putting a few on the track and running them I liked the way they look so decided to see how well they held together. Knowing that I would need a larger engine to pull them and a transition car with a knuckle coupler on one end, I changed out one of the trucks on a box car.
I'm pulling them with a MTH Unshrouded "J".
