Seeing as how MTH/Lionel Corporation has done such a superb job not just reissuing prewar tinplate trains and accessories, but also done quite a few "thought of but never done" pieces like the Brute, how many of you would like to see a tinplate O gauge version of the Standard Gauge turntable?

Personally, as much as I like the Standard Gauge 444 Roundhouse sections and 200 turntable, it's no surprise that the turntable was much too short for any of the Standard Gauge steamers.

If MTH modified the turntable for O gauge, it could likely hold a 261 or 262 steamer, maybe even a 260 or 263 if made some extra modifications.
