Patrick's trains is about 90 miles from me. I'm not much on driving any more so I phoned in an order for an MTH Alco PA B unit yesterday around noon. Within the hour I got a UPS shipping notice and shortly thereafter a UPS delivery notice for today. Pretty good customer service.

yeah. My opinion which doesn't count is that bad experiences should be allowed to be posted and I can make up my own mind whether to deal with that sponsor or not. Just because 'you' had a bad experience wouldn't necessarily stop me from dealing with a sponsor. I'm perfectly capable of making my own decisions.
Sponsor bashing should be deleted but I don't see anything wrong with saying you had a bad experience without going into details.

I agree that honest reviews, good or bad, should be allowed on the forum. The policy does make all reviews suspect.

Yep Patrick has a class A business, my Legacy Shay came from his store delivered right to my door, ask him to test run it prior to delivery to make sure everything was perfect, it arrived in absolutely perfect condition the day after I payed for it. I highly recommend doing business with him also.
