Another question

The bulbs should be centered under the bezel on the base.  If you look straight down, they should be centered.

 

It's not a big deal if they're not, as long as it works.

 

Yeah one I'm mine is off.  I'm just wondering if somthing else in the controller is off also and won't work right.  I haven't been able to try it still waiting on lionel to fix my engine.   I'm still kind of confused what to do once I get the engine , like how to set it up.  I think I set the 990 up right. I connected the black wire to the 990 and then to my gw 180.  And plugged the power pack in

Read the manual.  All the basics are in there.  Once through the manual, it will be easier to ask questions.
