I purchased three O gauge Atlas Snap Trackl three rail switches. When the manual switch is apparently disconnected from the rails and they do not move. I can reach two of them to acitvate them manually by simply moving the rails themselves. Can the third mone which must be wired electricalkloy, work even though the onnecting mechanism is not working?

I do not understand your question. "manual switch is disconnected from the rails" ??? Photo would be helpful.
I'll take a stab at answering. I wonder if the throw bar spring inside the switch machine has come off. If so, the rails could be moved by hand but the throw bar would not make the points move. Electrically connecting the switch machine would not change anything. If this is the problem then when the points are moved there would be no tension felt.
