I'm looking at used Atlas straight track that has some oxidation. Would it be worth my time and effort to clean this track or do any of the forum members have any to sell?

From my experience, Atlas track is solid nickel silver, and doesn't really oxidize like tinplate track. Just clean the tops of the rails with lacquer thinner or denatured alcohol, and you should be fine. Maybe the track has been weathered.
