Just curious if anyone had a suggestion on getting in touch with these guys..I have sent a couple of emails and called but the voicemail was full...this is in no way a gripe ..I began thinking, maybe they were a seasonal business and I just didn't know it...any help would be appreciated...thanks

I have found that calling is better than both email and snail mail due to the number of hits. Tim gets to work at seven AM Eastern time so call early. The last two times that I called Tim answered the phone. Frank

I agree with calling as the best method. They can also help you with your needs better on the phone, IMO. They were very helpful to me when I placed my initial order and a couple of additional orders as well. I am also a big fan of the Mianne products, great stuff!
